The following forms are provided pursuant to Section 65.091(3), Florida Statutes, which requires clerks of the circuit court to “provide a simplified form for the filing of a complaint to quiet title based on a fraudulent attempted conveyance allegation”.  The below forms were created and provided by the Florida Bar.  Any person with questions about quiet title actions should seek the advice of an attorney.  Section 454.18, Florida Statutes, prohibits clerks of court and their deputies from practicing law.
