Effective January 1, 2024, per F.S. 695.26
Documents which convey, assign, encumber, or otherwise dispose of real property must include the following:
- The name of each witness legibly printed, handwritten, or stamped immediately beneath the signature of the witness.
- The address of each witness is legibly printed, handwritten, or stamped on each instrument.
Documents will not be recorded unless they meet all statutory requirements.
