Access Types
The Brevard Electronic Court Application (BECA) provides online access to court records in accordance with Florida Supreme Court Administrative Order 2014-19 and subsequent amendments. BECA replaces the legacy eFACTS system and supports both general public access and registered subscriber access.
General Public Access

Registering for BECA
Individuals or entities who need registered access may submit a completed BECA User Agreement using one of the following methods:
Option 1 — Email Submission:
Scan and email the completed BECA User Agreement (PDF format) to:
