The Clerk’s Office provides the public with online access to unclaimed funds. This webpage provides the public with a listing of Unclaimed Refunds, Tax Deed Surplus and Registry of the Court monies being held by this office in our official capacity.

For the tax deed sales prior to 12/17/2020, claims may have been filed and/or processed on these cases; to check the status of the surplus or whether claims have been filed, please review the cases in our online tax deed file application, Tribute Web. You may access Tribute web by clicking here.

You must fill out the necessary forms and submit the information to the Brevard County Clerk of Courts. Claim Forms may be found below.
