eRecording is an efficient method to electronically submit documents with our office for recordation in the Official Records of Brevard County, Florida. You may submit documents at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can submit documents such as deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, and notices of commencement through eRecording.

- Plat/Condo/Road Plat Maps
