Court Notifications
The E-Notify service allows users to register for automated email and/or text reminders about upcoming court events and hearing dates, helping parties and attorneys stay informed of schedule changes and deadlines.
Electronic Recording
eRecording allows users to submit documents for recording in the Clerk’s Official Records electronically through approved vendors, saving time and eliminating the need to deliver paper documents in person.
Marriage License Kiosk
The Marriage License Kiosk is an online tool that lets couples begin their marriage license application electronically, submit required personal information in advance, and receive an application number to bring with them when they complete the process in person at a Clerk’s office.
Plat Map & Survey Appointments
The Plat Map & Survey Appointment system allows people to schedule dedicated time with Clerk staff to record official plats, maps, and survey records.
Self-Represented (Pro Se) Appointments
The Pro Se Services appointment system allows self‑represented litigants to schedule in‑office assistance with court forms and procedures, ensuring personalized support through a reserved time slot.
Request a Hearing
This online Hearing Request tool lets individuals contest or request a hearing for traffic, parking, animal control, boating, or hunting/fishing citations by submitting their citation information and selecting the appropriate hearing type.
